500 L vertical air receiver, painted, 11 bar

A 500 litre vertical air receiver gives the compressor room to breathe. Stored volume absorbs demand peaks, so line pressure stays inside its band instead of dropping every time a large consumer opens up. Fewer load and unload cycles means less wear on the motor and the inlet valve. The dryer and the filters downstream also run calmer, because they handle a steady flow better than short surges.

The shell is carbon steel, finished in blue RAL 5015 paint for indoor installation. It is rated for compressed air and nitrogen (group 2) at 11 bar, across a range of -10 °C to +120 °C. At 600 mm diameter the vessel takes up roughly 0.28 m² of floor, so it sits against a wall or next to the compressor skid. Main ports are 2" and connect to standard DN50 pipework; the gauge port is 3/8".

The vessel is certified to directive 2014/29/UE. Order under article number 3004810326.
