1000 L vertical air receiver, painted, 12 bar
A 1000 litre vertical air receiver rated to 12 bar suits systems running a pressure stage above the standard 10 bar network. The extra bar of headroom lets the compressor fill against a higher set point, and the stored energy per litre rises with it. A full cubic metre of reserve holds line pressure through the start of a large machine. The safety valve must be sized for the vessel itself.
Carbon steel construction under a blue RAL 5015 paint finish, rated for compressed air and nitrogen (group 2) at 12 bar between -10 °C to +50 °C. The 800 mm shell needs about 0.50 m² of clear floor and 2350 mm of height including the feet. Main ports are 2"; the gauge port is 3/8".
The vessel is certified to directive 2014/68/UE (PED). Order under article number 3004810328.
