WHAT IS A SAFETY VALVE?

A safety valve keeps a compressor from getting too much pressure. This mechanical safety part opens up when the pressure in the system gets too high, letting gas out in a controlled way. This stops pipes, pressure vessels, and the compressor itself from breaking down. This safety valve makes sure that the pressure that builds up can escape safely in case the regulator is broken, the outlet is blocked, or the temperature rises.
