1000 L vertical air receiver, galvanized, 12 bar
A 1000 litre galvanized vertical air receiver puts a full cubic metre of storage behind a 12 bar system without exposing bare steel to condensate. Higher pressure means more water per cycle, because compressed air holds less vapour as pressure rises. That water ends up in the receiver. Zinc on the inner wall keeps it from turning into rust in the ring main.
Carbon steel, hot dip galvanized inside and out after fabrication, so cut edges and weld seams carry zinc as well. Rated for compressed air and nitrogen (group 2) at 12 bar between -10 °C to +120 °C. The 800 mm shell takes about 0.50 m² of floor and reaches 2350 mm in height. Main ports are 2"; the gauge port is 3/8".
The vessel is certified to directive 2014/68/UE (PED). Order under article number 3004810329.
