270 L vertical air receiver, galvanized, 11 bar

A 270 litre galvanized vertical air receiver suits lines that run untreated air. Without drying, every cubic metre of compressed air drops water in the vessel, and the bottom head of a vertical tank is where it collects. Zinc on the inner wall keeps that standing water off the steel. Drain through the bottom port at every shift and the shell keeps its wall thickness.

The carbon steel shell is hot dip galvanized inside and out, so the inner wall carries zinc where condensate collects. It takes compressed air and nitrogen (group 2) at 11 bar over -10 °C to +120 °C. The 500 mm body covers about 0.20 m² of floor at 1648 mm high. Main ports are 1" and 2"; the gauge port is 3/8".

The vessel is certified to directive 2014/29/UE. Order under article number 3004810336.
