150 L vertical air receiver, galvanized, 11 bar

A 150 litre galvanized vertical air receiver handles the wet end of a small system. Air leaving a piston compressor carries condensate, and inside an unprotected shell that condensate pits the wall and loosens rust into the line. Hot dip galvanizing on both faces stops the process at the surface. Same 396 mm body, same 11 bar rating, built for damp air.

The carbon steel shell is hot dip galvanized inside and out, so the inner wall carries zinc where condensate collects. It takes compressed air and nitrogen (group 2) at 11 bar over -10 °C to +120 °C. The 396 mm body covers about 0.12 m² of floor at 1430 mm high. Main ports are 1" and 2"; the gauge port is 3/8".

The vessel is certified to directive 2014/29/UE. Order under article number 3004810337.
